STOCK FUTURE TIPS TODAY| NSE BSE UPDATE 16 MARCH

The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 24,485 down 66 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 7,455 down mere five points.

The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down 0.35% at 10,185, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up 0.05% at 10,262.

BHEL, Bajaj-Auto, ITC, GAIL, L&T, Tata Steel, ONGC, Coal India and Hero MotoCorp are among the gainers, whereas Asian Paints, Dr.Reddy's, Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, HDFC, Adani Ports, HUL and TCS are losing sheen on BSE.

Some buying activity is seen in capital goods, energy, utilities, metal, oil and gas, FMCG and industrial sectors, while consumer durables, pharma, telecom, auto, finance and teck sectors are showing weakness on BSE.
