The S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 25,334 up 32 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 7,763 up 14 points.

The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading up 0.11% at 11,035, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up 0.27% at 10,994.

ITC, Adani Ports, ICICI Bank, Lupin, HUL, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank and Tata Motors are among the gainers, whereas Sun Pharma, Cipla, Wipro, Bajaj-Auto and Infosys are losing sheen on BSE.

Some buying activity is seen in FMCG, metal, consumer durables, realty, industrial and basic materials sectors, while IT and teck sectors are showing weakness on BSE.

Asian stock markets are trading on a higher on Monday. The Nikkei 225 trading down 0.58% at 16,638.37 points, with stocks coming under pressure as the yen saw renewed strength against the dollar.

The Markit/Nikkei Flash Japan Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index showed Japanese manufacturing activity contracted at the fastest pace in more than three years in May as new orders slumped.

China’s Shanghai Composite is currently trading 0.52% higher at 2,840.27 points. South Korea’s Kospi index ​is ​at 1,954.19 points (up 0.33%) and Indonesia’s Jakarta Composite ​is ​at 4,738.98 points (up 0.58%).
