Indian equity markets may witness a gap-up opening on Wednesday. The SGX
Nifty, which was trading at 9,838 with gains of 50 points, is indicating
a gap-up start for the day.

Infosys: “Rejuvenation of the board was still
work-in-progress,” said the founder of the company, NR Narayana Murthy
to the investors on a conference call on Tuesday evening.
Minda Industries: The company is planning to acquire 60% stake in MI Torica India for Rs 8.80 crore.
Renaissance Jewellery: Board of the company approved the scheme of amalgamation between subsidiaries.
Tata Power: The company’s subsidiary, Tata Power Renewable Energy’s generation capacity has increased by 337% in FY17.
Shriram EPC: The company has issued 48.11 lakh shares on preferential basis to a group of 12 lenders.
Ujjivan Financial Services: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, the subsidiary of the company, granted “scheduled bank” status.
