NEW DELHI: IT shares were trading in the positive zone in Thursday's morning session.
Shares of Wipro (up 1.31 per cent), InfosysNSE 1.41 % (up 1.28 per cent) and Infibeam AvenuesNSE -0.35 % (up 0.82 per cent) HCL Technologies (up 0.68 per cent) were the top gainers in the index.
Tata Consultancy Services (up 0.46 per cent), Mindtree (up 0.28 per cent) and NIIT Technologies (up 0.06 per cent) too were trading higher.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 10.50 points at 11,167.50 while the BSE Sensex was up 40.87 points at 37,155.75.

Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Tata Motors, DHFL, PC Jeweller, Dish TV India, Tata Global Beverages, Motherson Sumi, ZEEL and PNB were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
