Sensex Today: Sensex up 100 points in early trade; Nifty crosses 11,400

The stock market, which opened with a fall on the first day of the week, opened with another fast opening day. The stock market started well on Tuesday. The Sensex of the Bombay Stock Exchange, 77.38 points (0.20%), strengthened by 37886.29 points, while the National Stock Exchange's sensitive index Nifty rose 20.95 points (0.18%) to close at 11,375.20.

The Sensex of the Bombay Stock Exchange, 77.38 points (0.20%), strengthened by 37886.29 points, while the National Stock Exchange's sensitive index Nifty rose 20.95 points (0.18%) to close at 11,375.20. Earlier on Monday, the Sensex plunged by 356 points to 37,808.91, while the Nifty closed 102.65 points (0.90%) at 11,354.25.

At 9:28 am, buying in 23 shares of the Sensex while 8 shares were being sold. On the other hand, 37 shares of Nifty were in green mark while only 13 shares were seen in the red mark.

Visible boom in
On the BSE, ONGC's shares were up 2.24 percent, Coal India by 1.31 percent, NTPC at 1.11 percent, Reliance 0.96 percent, and Vedanta Limited's stock gained 0.91 percent. However, IOC's shares were up 3.07 percent on NSE, 2.66 percent in ONGC, 2.07 percent in Coal India, 1.85 percent in NTPC and 1.73 percent in Hindustan Petroleum shares.

The decrease in these stocks
On the BSE, Infosys saw 1.42 percent fall in TCS, 1.31 percent in TCS, 0.77 percent in Power Grid, 0.34 percent in HDFC Bank and 0.28 percent in Bajaj Auto share. While Infosys shares fell 1.56 percent on NSE, 0.75 percent in Tech Mahindra, 0.72 percent in TCS, 0.46 percent in UPL and 0.43 percent in JSW Steel's share.

In the morning, 9.35 minutes, the Sensex rose 94.20 points (0.25%) to 37,903.11, while the Nifty (NSE) was trading 32.30 points (0.28%) at 11,386.55.
