Jindal Steel & Power Ltd-: is currently trading at Rs 71.65, down by Rs 1.45 or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs 73.1 on the BSE. The unaudited standalone results of the company has posted a net loss of Rs 407.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to net loss of Rs 310.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.


Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) -: recorded the best ever sales of 3.6 Million Tonnes (MT) in the second quarter of the current financial year (FY 16-17) which is 32% higher over corresponding period last year (CPLY). In the second quarter, SAIL also recorded the highest ever Q2 saleable steel production at 3.492 MT, with a growth of 31% over CPLY.
