YES Bank shares climb 2% on fund raising buzz

NEW DELHI: YES Bank shares surged nearly 2 per cent in morning trade on Friday, a day after reports suggested that it was planning to raise funds through a share sale.



An ET Now report said on Thursday that the bank is aiming to raise about Rs 3,000 crore from the share sale.

Deutsche Bank is said to be among the advisors to YES Bank on the share sale.

Around 9:50 am, shares of the company traded 1.31 per cent up at Rs 271.65 apiece on BSE.
